Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.
Her surname (Lian) is given to all the babies in her orphanage. It appears to be correlated to the name of the orphanage. Her very name indicates that she is in a stranger's care without a home of her own. Sarah Elizabeth can be translated to mean "princess in the house of God." From here forward she will no longer be an orphan in a stranger's home: she will always be an heir to God's promise of abundant life, living in our home.
