Today we went to the Guangzhou Zoo. The zoo was nice and not too crowded during the work week. They had one Giant Panda and he was actually awake for a few minutes. The biggest attraction seemed to be our group. Natalie got patted on the head by quite a few people. Our guide says it is for good luck but who knows.
Our little girl has quite a spirit to her. This morning she pushed up both of her sleeves and starting pounding the table. She was ready to eat! We had lunch with two other families today and she had all of the babies banging the table for food. Such a bad influence. I do not know how such a little person can eat so much food. Barkley and Natialie are destined to be best friends. She also does not like to go to sleep at night. She fights it every step of the way and just wails. Her cold seems to be getting better and is general happy throughout the day. We have gotten lots of smiles and giggles today.
Tomorrow is another free day and we plan on going to the Botanical Gardens and a dinner cruise on the Pearl River.
