Hello everyone, I know a lot of you look forward to my posts each day and I look forward to hearing from friends and family too! We arrived here in Guangzhou on Saturday afternoon. Since that time I have not been able to get my computer to work, it simply will not stay on and closes itself down. It's possible it is protecting itself from something, I am not sure. Right now I am renting a computer in the Business area of our hotel.
I am sad to say that I probably will not be posting due to the expensive costs of renting the Internet, I simply cannot justify spending the money right now!
We will be here until Friday, then our plane leaves Hong Kong at 5pm that evening, putting us at St. Louis Airport on Friday evening about Midnight!
Please, please continue to pray for us as the trip does not seem to be getting any easier for us as for a lot of the other families as well. I am determined to be strong and get through these next five days!
Madelyn is still adjusting to me and today seemed to be better in terms of us understanding each other. As hard as this is for me, I know her little mind is more confused than ever! She is so precious and I am very thankful for this child! She is also very VERY strong-willed and determined to do things her way....pretty much like any other three year old :)
Tomorrow we will do some shopping and then more touring on Tues and Wed and in that time another appointment or two.
Again, I so wish I could post more and maybe I will be able to but as of right now, this might be my last until we get home.
I have been presented with many challenges over the past week and I will continue to see those until I get home and even after that I am sure. God led my family on this journey and no matter what I am determined to get through this and prove not only my faith but willingness to accept these challenges. It has not been an easy trip but it will be rewarding,that I am sure of.
I will try to post one more time before I leave to come home just to let you all know things are ok.
