| 2005: April 2, 2005 - Attended AWAA seminar in Owensboro Kentucky April 7, 2005 - First contact with Baptist Children’s home to complete home study April 10, 2005 - Submitted AWAA application on-line April 22, 2005 - Received call from AWAA congratulating us on approval to adopt May 25, 2005 - Sent I-600A to USCIS July 5, 2005 - Homestudy completed!! July 20, 2005 - Home study sent to USCIS August 9, 2005 - Matt and Jennifer fingerprinted at FBI in St. Louis August 23, 2005 - First fundraiser for Madelyn September 10, 2005 - Received infamous I -171H! September 29, 2005 - Sent Dossier to Chinese Embassy in Chicago October 18, 2005 – Overnighted Dossier to AWAA October 20, 2005 - Received call from AWAA we are going to be DTC tomorrow!! October 21, 2005 - DTC ( Dossier to China)! November 9, 2005 - We have a LID ( Log in Date). China has officially received our Dossier and has put us on the waiting list! 2006 : August 31, 2006 - Added to the Special Needs waiting list after being led by God to make this decision September 14, 2006 - Refingerprinted at FBI in St. Louis to update paperwork October 17, 2006 - Received approved update from FBI October 31, 2006 - Home study update done, we expired November 9, 2006 - Happy Anniversary Group #237. We have been logged in for one year today! 2007: April 10, 2007 - Referral! July 7 - 20, 2007 - Travel! |
