1/7/05- sent off passport applications
1/18/05- AWAA application approved
1/31/05- 1st visit for homestudy with social worker
2/2/05- passports arrive
3/9/05- fingerprinted for state and homestudy mailed to
AWAA office in KC
3/15/05- 2nd visit for homestudy with social worker
3/28/05- received certified IL documents
4/4/05- received 1st draft of homestudy
4/22/05- received final copy of homestudy
4/28/05- USCIS fingerprints in KC
5/23/05- received I-171 H form in mail!!
( We nicknamed it the 171-Halleujah form!)
5/24/05- documents certified in Jeff City
5/25/02- mailed documents to Chicago Consulate for authentication
6/3/05- received authenticated documents from Chicago Consulate!
6/6/05- overnighted dossier to AWAA in VA!
6/7/05- AWAA called to say everything looked good!
6/8/05- Our family coordinator called to tell us our dossier will be mailed to China on Friday!
6/10/05- We are finally- DTC!!!
6/23/05- We have a LID!!
6/27/06 - REFERRAL!
