November 29, 2006 Last Post From China!
These posts seem to be getting shorter and shorter. This will be our last posting from China.
We finished all of our shopping today, finally. Scratch everything off of the list, it’s all bought and paid for.
This afternoon was our swearing-in ceremony. It’s official now, we have Faith’s visa and the “brown envelope.” We will NOT be opening it.
This evening we said good-bye to our friends, the Parmer’s. They left shortly after returning to the hotel from the consulate. Trina and I (mostly Trina) packed everything this evening. We check out at 6 am, just 7 hours from now.
The bags are packed, the baby’s ours, time to say good-night, China.
