This is a day I won't forget for quite a while. Dallas was sitting on the bed with pillows all around her and decided to practice gymnastics. She took a dive off the bed and landed on her head right on the spot where the other lump was. She cried and I cried. Her forehead started swelling pretty bad so I took her to the clinic here in the hotel. She is going to be fine but her head is still swollen in the front. The doctor put some kind of herbs on it and put a bandage on it. I will take her back in tomorrow to have it checked again. She is only allowed to sit on the floor from now on!
Our paperwork was taken to the consulate this morning and it passed! Tomorrow we will take Dallas to the US consulate for her oath of citizenship!!! I already have her outfit picked out for the special occasion. This afternoon we went to the pearl market. It was so much fun. I bought a set of Mikimoto pearls for an incredible price. I stopped by the DVD store and purchased several DVD's for $2 each!
Dallas and I walked around the island for a while this evening. She really enjoys getting out and riding around. Tomorrow we are going to the Guangzhou Zoo in the morning. They have a panda bear. I will be sure to take lots of pictures for you. Our consulate appointment is at 4:00 pm. After that I will have to get all this stuff packed and ready for Saturday morning.
