What A Day
My day started off at 2:00 am sick as a dog. Something I ate at the restaurant the night before didn't agree with me. We had another person in our group sick as well. I stayed in the bed until noon. I don't think I will eat Chinese for several days! Pizza Hut and KFC for me. Johnny took Dallas on the group tour until after lunch. I have no idea where they went but the pictures are beautiful. When I find out more I will post it.

Later in the afternoon I felt well enough to go do a little shopping with the group. We went to a bookstore and I bought several CD's and children's books for Dallas. I also bought her this leapster type pad that helps teach Chinese. It was quite a bargain at only $36 US dollars. I went by KFC to get some mashed potatoes because they would help my stomach feel better. While we were in there several employees got up and started dancing something like the "Chicken Dance". It was so fun to watch.

Johnny got hungry later so we went to Pizza Hut. Dallas was so funny eating her first pizza. We kept giving her little pieces until we discovered she was packing her cheeks with them. Johhny and I went to a department store to buy some pj's for Dallas and a new blanket. The blanket we brought wasn't warm enough. She has a bit of a cold and is cutting three teeth at once. No wonder my poor baby is grouchy.

Dallas weighs about 20 pounds. She is the second oldest baby in the group. Developmentally she is more like 6 months. She is just learning to sit up. She can't crawl and hates to be on her stomach. She will catch up with time. She has definitely brought great joy to our lives. She is such a blessing.
