Today we picked up our adoption decree from the Civil Affairs Office. There was a brief ceremony as the Chief Civil Affairs Officer was present and asked to present our adoption decrees to us in person (as well as the other three families there). So he, along with the head of all orphanages in Shaanxi Province presented us with the adoption decree. He was actually there because a wonderful couple was here from England adopting there two daughters. These two sisters are not blood related but have been together since infancy in the orphanage. Adopting two non-biological children at the same time from China is almost unheard of. So after four long years of work the family was able to finally come and get both their daughters. One is 7 1/2 and the other is 8 and they are beautiful.
Today was a big day for Daddy and Bella. Bella let Daddy hold her as well as hold her hand while we were out shopping. They have also spent a lot of time playing together and Bella just laughed so hard.
We have enjoyed our time with our friend Annie, she took us out to eat for hot pot the other night and it was so good we are going back again.
Girls we miss you and can't wait to see you. We have some very special surprises for you.
Christopher, Noah and Sissy we miss you too and can't wait to plant some big kisses on you. Don't worry we have some special surprises for you also.
