What a beautiful experience this has been! We have seen 10 little orphan girls receive their forever families. We got to see 6 couples receive their first baby and we got to see Miranda, Allana, and Will get their baby sisters!
Jeff and I agree that this experience is not for the faint of heart. You have to be totally committed. It cannot be a whim. It is not easy. But, nothing good is ever easy. It is about giving and receiving. We are giving totally of ourselves and receiving a beautiful priceless gift form God in return.
I would describe the feeling as surreal and it will take awhile for everything to sink in.
Mom, thanks for being such a great example for me as a wife and a mother. You have always made me feel so loved and secure. You are my inspiration and I love you. Thank you for taking great care of the boys. You are the best! Anna thanks you, too!
