Yes, today was another lazy day! We didn’t even venture outside the hotel! AngeLina’s passport was delivered this afternoon, so we are all clear to travel to Guangzhou tomorrow. I am not sure how the girls will do on the short plane ride. Both AngeLina and Claire have a cold- a runny nose, sneezing and coughing. Thank goodness I packed some baby medicine- because AngeLina’s cold just isn’t going away. This short plane ride will be a test for the LONG plane ride home!
For dinner, we went to the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. There it was, right on the menu—boiled young dog! I ordered Pepper Steak--- or was it…??? Anyway, we all really enjoyed the meal! I was tired of pizza and there is no McDonald’s in Guiyang!
AngeLina had her first fall this evening—no marks or bruises! I think that I was more upset than she was… she is a tough girl! I stepped aside for one second and boom! She is QUICK! How will I baby proof the house so quickly? I had no idea she would be so mobile! When she is sleepy, she sucks on two fingers- not one, but two- her pinky and ring-fingers! It is so cute! We think that everything she does is cute! She is laughing and babbling more than ever! Besides the cold, she is so healthy and has obviously been cared for quite well! We are so blessed!
Bradley has played his video games all day—I think that he is getting a bit stir crazy and giddy! Fortunately there will be a play room and swimming pools at the White Swan. He is still a great help and continues to make AngeLina and everyone else laugh!
We have less than a week here in China—I am ready to be home and introduce you all to Miss AngeLina however, our stay here has been more than we could have imagined! I have really enjoyed reading your guestbook messages and emails! THANK YOU all for sharing in this journey.
