Dear Andrew,
Today was another day of touring around China. While you were able to see many things, you did not like the crowds of people. Any time you lost sight of me you cried. While that broke my heart, it did tell me that you are bonding with me. And for that, I am so thankful. There are so many people here in China. I can't imagine as I look around what your life would have been like. I am so grateful and honored to be your Mother and I hope and pray that as you grow and understand more about your story, your previous life and what your life could have been, that you will be happy here with our family and grow to love and cherish us as much as we already do you.
You are coming out of your shell with us, but to others you are very shy. To hear you talk in Chinese to us, brings nothing but smiles and laughter to us. Your eyes just sparkle when you feel safe and your dimples show pure excitement when you have let your guard down with us and show us who you are. You are truly a gift my sweet boy.....we are all in love with you deeply. And personality......oh you have it. You already want to wrestle Daddy, show off for Emmie and you are testing the discipline grounds with me already when I say Boo....(no).
I can't wait for you to meet Sophia and Daniel. Seeing the 3 of you together will be my dream come true. You will all be best buds one day and drive each other nuts. I can't think of a better way to spend my life......with you and our family.
