The Trip Home
We happily boarded the plane after waiting an hour and a half to check in with Continental.  Their computer system was apparently down.  With 2 kids who were tired and ready to come home but had not yet had breakfast, the wait was eternal.  But we managed and nestled in for the flight home.  The girls slept on and off while Brian and I enjoyed the few moments of peace we had through the 15 hour flight.  We were greeted in Newark by Brian's parents who picked us up.  Needless to say, there were happy to see Meilyn and couldn't wait to meet their newest grand daughter Analei.  Meanwhile, my parents readied the home front by stocking us up on groceries and some dinner for Thursday night.  Aunt Mo checked in as well as Aunt Jen.  Meilyn couldn't have been happier to see cousin Joey.  Our neighbors welcomed us home with home made signs and Aunt Jen is responsible for the Stork planted firmly in the front yard!!  I was moved to tears when we pulled up to our home; happy to be in my own house, happy to see my parents, and touched by all the warm gestures to welcome us home.

Analei was a trooper through it all.  Meeting new people, seeing a place she has never been to before all the while fighting a fever and cold.  First stop on our first day back will be the pediatrician!!

We'll post a home update in a few weeks.  Thanks again for following along.  The Frank Family of Four is happy to be back at home.

All our love,
Jeanne, Brian, Meilyn and Analei
