Our last day in Guangzhou, a very mixed feeling kind of day, ready to go, sad to leave.
Started off with what else, back to the pool for some play and rest in the shade. Think the girls are going to sprout fins pretty soon. Amy was amazed that her skin was so wrinkled, but didn't quite believe dad when he said it would never go away. She's catching on about dad and his sense of humor.
The afternoon was spent going to the consulate, getting all of Amy's visa paperwork and visa and pledging that all statements on all the paperwork we submitted was true and that was it. A trip with the paperwork to the US point of entry and Amy becomes a US citizen as soon as immigration stamps her paperwork. Should happen Sunday in Chicago.
A nice dinner and the packing was finished, no new suitcase this trip, but it was close.
Hugs to all our family and friends - we miss you!!
