LiPing had scheduled our medical appointments for 2:30. He took us to a clinic nearby. Amelia saw 3 different doctors and it took a total of 15 minutes. We returned to the hotel. LiPing needed one parent from each family to go to his room so he could help us fill out all our paperwork for the American Consulate to apply for Amelia's visa, etc. Vaughn went for us because I was not feeling very well. They filled out papers for 2 hours. LiPing is taking all our paperwork to the Consulate Thursday morning. He worked something out that we will have our Consulate appointment on Friday. Hopefully, we are back on schedule.
Vaughn, Janet, Amelia and I went to Lucy's for dinner. It is a little restaurant next to the hotel that serves American food. They have everything from hamburgers to tacos.
The White Swan is a very pretty hotel. It is amazing to see all the other families that are staying here also. They have come from different cities all over China with their new daughters.
Vaughn is finally starting to feel better, but, I think I am getting what he had.
Hopefully, Janet and Amelia will stay well.
