Well this is our last full day in Chongqing. We mainly just hung out in the park and did a little shopping. We didn't have any set schedule today until 4pm when we did group pictures. It was major chaos but that's to be expected. Fourteen babies and a bunch of kids and parents we created great memories.
After that we picked up our laundry. I don't know if I mentioned this laundry service that they have set up for us. They pick up the laundry every other day and its dirt cheap. The laundry comes back in separate little plastic bags and it’s been laundered perfectly. This would be great to have in the U.S.
We took care of some paperwork and received our instructions for tomorrow. We are leaving the hotel at 9:30am and our flight is at 11:30am. The flight to Guangzhou is about 2 hours, this will be Alexandra's first airplane ride I hope she does well.
She had a great day and is just blossoming everyday. It is amazing how quickly they learn! She is like a little sponge. She has been asleep since 7:45pm this evening she only had one nap today and was really tired. I am hoping that she sleeps through the night.
Tomorrow will be a long day. Marie advised us that our flight may be delayed tomorrow because of heavy rains. There is a typhoon in the southeast of China. She said she did call the representative in Guangzhou and was advised that things are fine there but they are having rain. Please keep us in your prayers for safe travel, I am sure everything will be fine. Well I will close for now because I need to get packing. While I am sad to leave Chongqing because this is as close to knowing where are daughter is from we all are looking forward to the last part of the trip. My next post will be from Guangzhou.
