Getting To Know Alexandra
Well our little cupcake had a great night sleep again and didn't wait up until 6am. We headed to breakfast around 8am and we were meeting Marie and Anita for a tour around town.  They showed us the underground shopping mall and some places to eat. McDonalds. KFC, and Pizza Hut to name a few.  They have a grocery store here that is busier than Wal-mart (I didn't know that was possible).  It had the most interesting smells in it and sold some items in the meat and seafood department that I didn't know existed.  We bought some diapers, water and diet coke. The staff is very nice and they appear to be helpful but its unfortunate that they don't speak English that would really help. The weather here is very nice. It was about 75 degrees her today and they say by the end of the week it will be in the 80's I let you know if we reach that. Tonight we had an optional group dinner and we decided to go. It was CHINESE food and it was actually pretty good.  Marie and Anita had a birthday for all of the babies and we sang Happy Birthday.

So now let me get to the good stuff, Alexandra.  We got to see some more of her personality today and she is so adorable. She laughed out loud today and she shows her two little teeth, it so funny.  She is pretty easy going and loves attention.  When we went out shopping the local people all swarm around you and stare at Alexandra. Of course they are saying things but we have no idea what they are talking about. We have name tags and on the reverse of our name it tells the locals why we are here and that we have just adopted. We they read it they start shaking their heads. It gets annoying after awhile and now I know how Brittany Spears feels. LOL We had a really good day and Alexandra did great on our shopping trip. We purchased a stroller which she loves so that made it even more convenient.  I had a chance to read the emails today from everyone. I can't tell you how we are just amazed at the love we have from our friends and family for this little miracle. Thank you all so much. Well I better close for now and thanks again for following our journey.

Good night from the other side of the world!

P.S. We miss you all!
