So many things that I would have shared last night, but was so dog tired that I forgot...

One awesome praise is about his eye!  We were told he was blind in the eye with the cataract.  It appears that he is not!  Yay!!!  He is tracking very well with both eyes.  I realize that vision may still be very, very limited, but it is apparent that he is using those ocular muscles very well, so surgery and patching may go a long way to provide full vision for him (with glasses)!  Praising the Father for this blessing...

There is a picture from Gotcha that has an older woman weeping in it.  That is actually the mother of our guide.  She asked if she could come along yesterday.  What you can't see is that not only was the mom weeping, but our guide was crying, too!  Amazing opportunity, folks.  Opportunities I could have never imagined...

I think I blew out my flat iron this morning, so the hair you see is the hair you get :)
I love the way he sleeps.  He sleeps on his belly - with his little bum in the air.  He crosses his feet at his ankles.  Adorable.
We laid low today.  I thought Abraham needed a chance to have as little outside stimulation as possible, so we mostly stayed in the room.  We ventured out around 11 and walked a few blocks to Starbucks :)  Got me a Cafe Latte with Soy milk ;)  And then we ventured out again tonight to find some dinner.  We found a TGI Fridays about 4 or 5 blocks away.  Good food.  I think it was good for him to have a calm day - considering what the rest of our days may look like.
We sure have gotten some funny looks.  I am so used to the people of Guangzhou (a lot - but certainly not all) being familiar with international adoption.  The orphanage Abraham is from has only recently started doing IA again (after having done them a while ago), so it appears that the people might not be as familiar with IA - and boy does it show!  There was one poor woman that was nearly hit by a car because she was staring!

Well, we are settling in for the night.  I honestly can't imagine things going any better.  More on that tomorrow.
